Simulacro Nacional en el Lancaster
Ayer, 19 de septiembre, la Escuela de Lancaster se unió al Simulacro Nacional, llevando a cabo con éxito las actividades programadas en ambos planteles bajo la coordinación de nuestro cuerpo de protección civil. Desde las primeras horas, la comunidad Lanky se mostró comprometida con el ejercicio, demostrando que la seguridad es una prioridad para todos.

It’s been an awesome time here at school as our young and curious learners dive into the exciting world of rules and laws. We are embracing our Unit of Inquiry and it’s fantastic to see how our students are blossoming into minded thinkers!
Story
Last Tuesday, September 10, we had our first house event of the school year. The main goal was for students to get to know each other better and start building connections as we explored possible buddy combinations.
Back To School 2024: una celebración en comunidad
Esta semana, la Escuela de Lancaster vibró con los emocionantes eventos de Back To School, un encuentro que marca el inicio de un nuevo ciclo escolar lleno de oportunidades y retos para nuestra comunidad. Desde el martes con lxs más pequeñxs del Kinder, pasando por la primaria el miércoles, hasta llegar a secundaria y preparatoria el jueves, cada evento fue una oportunidad invaluable para reafirmar los lazos entre nuestras familias, staff y equipo docente.
The First Weeks in Grade One
Grade One has had an exciting beginning of their school year. During the first weeks, our students have been busy adjusting to their new routines. One of the major changes this year is that our students are now attending art, music, or drama for a whole week. They are learning to navigate the schedule changes and the physical changes such as switching between blue and yellow classrooms in the middle of the day. These new experiences are helping them develop independence.
